The Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS) is the scaffold training and card scheme for the UK scaffolding industry, established in the 1960s and administered from offices at Bridewell Place in London. It sets the training route for scaffolders, from labourer and trainee cards through tube and fitting, system and advanced scaffolder cards to inspection and management qualifications, combining courses, NVQs and skills tests with the CITB HS&E test. Training is delivered through accredited centres across the UK that are audited each year against the scheme criteria.
